Terms & conditions
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Plain-language terms for using AI Tools Police. By browsing the site or submitting a tool, you agree to what is below. The part that matters most is short: our verdicts, scores, and rankings are not for sale, and nothing on this page changes that.
Who we are
AI Tools Police (aitoolspolice.com) is an independent AI publication, operated by Mucahit Kaya in Türkiye. These terms cover browsing the site, using our submission form, and buying either of the two optional paid services offered there. Questions about them go to info@aitoolspolice.com.
What this site is, and what it is not
Everything here is independent editorial opinion: our own reviews, comparisons, and assessments of AI tools, based on research at a point in time. It is information, not professional, financial, or legal advice.
Our work is verification-based. Claims are checked against official documentation and live pricing pages where a document exists, and weighed against what independent users report in public where one doesn't. Each class of evidence is labeled on the page, so you can see what a given claim rests on. The full standard is on our methodology page. What we publish is our assessment of that evidence, not a guarantee of how a tool will perform for you.
Always confirm the details that matter to you, especially pricing and features, on the vendor's own site before you buy. AI products change their prices and limits often, and the vendor's page is the authority on its own product.
Accuracy, corrections, and availability
We work hard to keep reviews accurate, but AI tools change fast and we can't guarantee every detail is current. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we may change, pause, or remove content at any time, apart from the permanence commitment for expedited reviews set out below.
When we get something wrong we would rather hear it than not. Anyone can report an error, readers and vendors alike, and our corrections policy sets out what we fix, how quickly, and how the fix is shown on the page.
Affiliate links
AI Tools Police is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site we may earn an affiliate commission, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we've researched in depth, and our rankings are never sold.
The standard behind that line, including what a commission cannot influence, is set out on our affiliate standards page.
Paid submissions
Our reviews are free. Anyone can submit a tool at no cost, and payment is never a condition of being covered. Separately, our submit page offers two optional paid services:
- Expedited review, $49, one time. Moves your tool to the front of our review queue. It buys speed, nothing more: not a positive review, not a higher score, and not a better ranking. The published review stays up permanently.
- Sponsored placement, $99, one month. A clearly labeled sponsored slot for one month, marked as sponsored everywhere it appears and kept separate from our editorial rankings. It buys labeled visibility, not editorial ranking and not a positive verdict.
We may decline any submission that falls outside our scope or standards, and we'll refund any payment if we do. Submitting a tool does not guarantee coverage. Payment is arranged manually after you submit, by Payoneer or bank transfer. When each payment is refundable is set out in the refund policy.
What paid options never buy
Editorial independence is absolute. These lines are part of these terms, not only a promise made elsewhere on the site.
- Rankings are never sold. No payment moves a tool up a list.
- Scores are never influenced by payment or commission. A score comes from the evidence set out in the review.
- An expedited review buys speed, not a result. Expedited reviews can and do score low when the evidence says so, and a critical verdict is a valid outcome of the service you paid for.
- Sponsored slots are always labeled, in line with FTC guidance, and they never enter our editorial rankings.
- Vendors get no preview, no edits, and no approval rights. They read the review when you do.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, and design of this site belong to AI Tools Police; please don't republish them wholesale without permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and editorial commentary.
Acceptable use
Please don't scrape the site abusively, misuse the submission form, or try to disrupt how it runs.
We link out to third-party sites, vendors and affiliate networks among them. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, their pricing, or their policies. Once you follow a link away from here, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Tools Policeand its operator aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. Decisions about which tools to buy or use are your own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you may have under the laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. For anything unclear, contact us.
