Who we are

AI Tools Police (aitoolspolice.com) is an independent AI publication, operated by Mucahit Kaya. For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, contact info@aitoolspolice.com.

What we collect

• Browsing: nothing personal. There is no account system and we run no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested page) for security and operations.
• Tool submissions: if you use our submit page, we receive what you enter (name, email, tool details) by email and keep a copy so we can process your submission. We use it only to evaluate and reply.
• Payments: paid submissions are arranged manually, and only after we accept a submission. We then email payment instructions — Payoneer or bank transfer where agreed. We take no card payments, so no card details reach this site or us.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence.

That is the whole list. No page on this site asks you for a payment card, a government ID, or a password, because nothing here needs one.

Payment processing

Payments for optional paid services are handled by Payoneer or a banking provider. These providers process payment and transaction information under their own terms and privacy notices.

AI Tools Police takes no card payments and never receives or stores card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as the payer's name, email address, payment amount, transaction status, date, and reference number where necessary to confirm payment, provide the purchased service, process refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

What we don't do

The questions people actually have about a site like this, answered directly.

• We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
• We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no profiling of any kind.
• There is no mailing list on this site, so we send no marketing email. If a message arrives from us, it is a reply to something you sent.
• Beyond the providers that run our hosting and our email, and the payment providers named above when you buy a paid service, submission and correspondence data goes to nobody else.

Cookies

• This site sets no tracking cookies. Browsing our reviews requires no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• After you leave: when you click out to a tool we review, including affiliate links, the destination site and its affiliate network may set cookies on their domain to attribute the referral. Those are governed by their own policies, not ours.

Affiliate disclosure

AI Tools Police is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site we may earn an affiliate commission, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we've researched in depth, and our rankings are never sold.

How long we keep it

We run no automatic deletion schedule. Submissions and email stay in our records so a conversation can be picked up again later, and you can have them removed whenever you want by asking.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye, and similar laws elsewhere) you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. In practice this applies to submission and email data, since that is all we have. Email info@aitoolspolice.comand we'll sort it out. You don't need to cite a law or explain why you're asking.

Corrections to something we published are a different route: those go through our corrections policy, and anyone can request one.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or anything that meaningfully changes this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it first.
